The entire resort have:

• A large building with a 240m2 footprint – 5 rooms with bathrooms on the upper floor (1x 5-person room with a terrace, 2x 2-person rooms, 2x 3-person rooms) with a shared balcony; on the ground floor, a dining room/restaurant, grill/fireplace, industrial kitchen (equipped with an industrial dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 ovens), bathroom with a quick-washing machine, small storage with access to the basement, and a lounge area. The restaurant has underfloor heating; the basement has a boiler room (pellet), water tanks (2x 500L, one not connected), and storage with 3 freezers and a refrigerator.
• Two 9-person two-story cottages: the ground floor has a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, the upper floor has 2 bedrooms, a balcony with a terrace; both are heated electrically.
• A 4-person cottage – on the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen, on the mezzanine, a bedroom.
• An auxiliary building – a mini 4-person apartment, 2 dryers, a washing machine, a garage, a gas dryer, a jacuzzi. Above the garage, there's an attic-storage.
• Canopy/terrace – wood-fired barbecue grill, wood-fired pizza and bread oven, restaurant tables and benches for 40 people.
• A pond with a 100m3 capacity, water heated by solar panels (on the auxiliary building).
• A grilling hut with a fireplace, fire pit, and bar, prepared for 50 people.
• A beach volleyball court.
• A tin garage for 2 cars.

• A wine cellar under the upper terrace.

• Main building – walls made of half-log and boards, roof – Belgian metal shingle.
• Cottages and auxiliary buildings – Canadian construction method, walls of half-log and boards, insulated with mineral wool with boards covering both sides. Roofs covered with bituminous shingles on OSB panels, suitable for year-round use.
